The application you've mentioned is not supported anymore, therefore the lack of support for WEBM videos. However, I did find an alternative that you can use to convert the videos you have.
You can use the following software because I've tested the conversion process for a WebM file and everything worked file. The software was able to extract the audio stream and convert it to MP3 file.
